Restless
Martin (portrayed by Tommy Pistol) has been grappling with life since his wife's untimely departure. The lack of sleep is gradually pushing him to the verge of insanity, as he spends countless nights tossing and turning. He’s hanging on by a thread, but the struggle feels insurmountable...so devoid of hope... If he could only catch some sleep, everything would fall into place... Tori (Savannah Sixx), his step-daughter, is also mourning the loss of her mother, but her concern for Martin is paramount. It's agonizing to see him crumbling, but she feels powerless to aid him... The only thing she can give him is her unwavering support and the assurance that they WILL endure this ordeal together. Martin’s affection towards Tori is nothing out of the ordinary, often tucking her in as part of their nightly routine. However, the continuous lack of sleep is causing a shift in his behavior. His thoughts begin to venture into uncharted territory as his gaze lingers on Tori in her slumber. She bears such a resemblance to his wife... Perhaps, if he could draw closer to Tori, he may finally find solace. One night, Tori wakes to find Martin nestled up to her, which sends her into a panic. Martin is in shambles as he pleads for her forgiveness, insisting that he needs HER to navigate through this difficult time. Perhaps, if they could spend one intimate night together, it could tire him enough to finally offer him some respite. Despite her apprehensions, Martin's despair and sorrow is overwhelming. She can't bear to see him in such a state. If sleeping with her father is what it’s going to take for them to overcome this, then she HAS to seize the opportunity.
