A youthful male,
Lucas Frost, finds himself confined and bewildered in a prison cell. He is clueless about his circumstances, how he ended up there and what fate awaits him, but he is certain it won't be pleasant. As he is dragged out of his confinement, wrestling to liberate himself from his captors, he unexpectedly encounters an elderly man, Mr.
Leblanc (portrayed by Dick Chibbles), and a researcher (played by Chanel Preston). The sight of the older man sparks recognition in the young man's eyes. However, if he assumes Mr.
Leblanc is there to aid him, he is gravely mistaken. No compassion is shown to the young man. Mr.
Leblanc bears a grudge against the young man, Bill, who is his cherished step-daughter's lover. However, he orders the scientist to ensure his safety, knowing his daughter would never pardon him otherwise. Yet, Mr.
Leblanc requires Bill's physique to accomplish one of his deepest, most sinister fantasies, involving a mind swap using cutting-edge technology. Once the procedure is finalized and he occupies Bill's body, it's time to set his plan in motion. He returns home and warmly greets his attractive, oblivious step-daughter, Lydia (played by
Jaye Summers). Her resemblance to her mother tugs at his grieving heartstrings.
His longing for his deceased wife is overwhelming. Why should BILL be the one to experience Lydia in such intimate ways when HE was the one who single-handedly raised her for 18 years?
Lydia is overjoyed to see her boyfriend, although his peculiar behavior raises her suspicions. As they start getting passionate, Mr. Leblanc struggles to maintain his guise, accidentally revealing affectionate nicknames and personal anecdotes only he would know.
Despite her misgivings, Lydia surrenders herself to him, unaware that the man she's with is her lecherous step-father who has craved her his entire life. After this night, their lives will be irrevocably altered. Nominee - Best Actor - Short Film:
