Amelia (
Anny Aurora), an industrious and straightforward housekeeper, casts apprehensive glances backward as she gingerly approaches her employer, Mr. Winters. There's a matter she's been itching to disclose to him for several months, and today's the day she's mustering up the courage to do so.
However, she halts as she faces Mr. Winters, who is awaiting her to reveal her secret impatiently. Despite Amelia's greatest efforts, she's at a loss for words, leading Mr.
Winters to assume she's merely timid about asking for a pay increase. But, this assumption is far from the reality. Conceding defeat, she retreats to the kitchen to mop the floor, only to be startled by Adam (Alex D), her employer's offspring. Adam is manipulative and heartless, deriving immense satisfaction from tormenting Amelia at every chance he gets.
He hasn't shown any compassion since her first day on the job. Even though he's not her immediate supervisor, Amelia feels helpless to prevent him from taking whatever he desires at any time. As Adam teases her, he discloses that he's aware Amelia was attempting to rat him out.
She deserves to be disciplined for such defiance. Even though Amelia doesn't want to succumb to him, she cannot risk losing this job and ending up destitute. Once more, as she slowly undoes her apron and leans over the counter, she acquiesces to Adam's demands.
