Husbandly Duties

Newlyweds Alicia (Maya Woulfe) and Jack (Nathan Bronson) are on the verge of consummating their marriage, but as they head to the bedroom, they find Alicia's mother and Jack's new mother-in-law, Helen (Reagan Foxx), awaiting them. Stunned, Alicia and Jack reel, but Jack's confusion deepens when Alicia pleads with Helen for more privacy. The backstory is that when Alicia and Jack started their romance, Helen resolved that Alicia HAD to wed Jack.
Helen provided Alicia with explicit directives to ensure she would appear ideal for Jack, and Alicia followed each directive dutifully. According to Helen, the strategy was for Alicia to earn Jack's complete trust, which would make him agree to let Helen, a legal practitioner, draft their prenuptial agreement. The catch? The prenup includes a provision that entitles Helen to sleep with Jack whenever she desires.
Jack is astounded, but Helen points out that she wields considerable influence and could facilitate his success in any chosen field. His only obligation is to ensure her satisfaction. Jack is outraged, arguing that Helen should not exploit him or Alicia for her pleasure.
Alicia is touched by his defense and attempts to sway Helen, but Helen swiftly silences her, leaving Jack without support. But all is not lost, of course. Helen reassures Jack that he can still have his dream marriage with Alicia.
He simply has the added responsibility of satisfying Helen during her sporadic visits, which in turn promises him a prosperous future.
