Careful What You Wish For

In the dim glow of Lindsay's bedroom, Marie (Silvia Saige) and her husband Steve (Eric Masterson) perch on the edge of the bed, shadows clinging to their tense forms like unspoken sins. 'Don't do this, Marie,' Steve mutters, his voice a gravelly warning. 'This can only end in ruin.' Marie meets his gaze with a sly, knowing curve of her lips, her hand sliding possessively along his thigh. 'This is the right move, Steve. I feel it in my bones.' He shifts uneasily. 'It's fixing a ghost of a problem.' 'For now,' she purrs, eyes glinting with dark foresight. 'Teens like her? They'll dive headfirst into forbidden thrills soon enough. Once she tastes that rush, we'll lose our grip on her innocence forever.' Steve's jaw tightens. 'Don't you want to shield her from the wolves out there?' He fires back, 'Hell yes, but not twisted like this. She's my blood!' Marie leans in, breath hot against his ear. 'Step-blood, darling. And in this shadowed game, that line blurs everything.' He scoffs, resistance cracking. 'Trust me, Steve?' Her words coil around him like smoke. He nods, defeated. 'It's time,' she whispers. He exhales a ragged curse. 'Lindsay! Get in here,' Marie calls, voice laced with velvet menace. Moments later, Lindsay (Jaye Summers) slips through the door, her lithe frame taut with suspicion, sensing the electric undercurrent of something illicit brewing in the air.
