One Man's Trash

SCENE OPENS on a wedded couple, John (Tommy Pistol) and Holly (Ryan Keely), stepping into the living room. They each carry cardboard containers in their grasp and place them on the ground, panting from the effort. Multiple boxes are scattered around them. They have just completed their shift into their fresh home. As they rejoice in their achievement, they naturally gravitate towards each other and are on the verge of making love, but Holly voices her wish for them to delay their plans for a family. John extracts a prophylactic from his pocket, tears the wrapper apart, ready to wear it. Post their intimate encounter, John discards their used prophylactic in the trash and places the waste bag in an outdoor trash bin. Shortly after, Janine (Victoria Voxxx), rummages through the refuse. She tears apart the waste bag and stumbles upon the used prophylactic. A glint appears in her eye, a cunning thought forming. She discreetly tucks the prophylactic into her pocket. CUT TO TITLE Several months later, John bids farewell to Holly as she departs for a week-long business voyage. As Holly departs, Janine observes from afar. Later in the day, Janine rings the doorbell and reveals herself to John, alleging that she is carrying his child. He invites her in. Inside, Janine discloses that she conceived using John's discarded prophylactic two months prior. John is utterly dumbfounded as she demands that he treat her as his spouse for the duration of Holly's absence. John reluctantly acquiesces. Over the following week, John complies with Janine's request, treating her as his wife. Despite his better judgment, he seems to be developing an emotional attachment towards her. How long can John resist these burgeoning emotions?
