We Can't Be Seen Like This

Amelia (Jane Wilde) is spending time with her boyfriend, Elliot, in his bedroom after school. As they get comfortable, Elliot attempts to become intimate with her, though Amelia isn't quite in the mood. Fortunately, they're distracted when Elliot's father, Gary (Charles Dera), unintentionally breaks in on them.
Gary informs Elliot that he's required elsewhere to handle a task, while Amelia appears fascinated by him, unable to look away. Elliot grumbles, but Gary reminds him who's in charge in the household, leading Elliot to reluctantly leave the room. Gary expresses regret to Amelia for the disruption, but Amelia assures him she can keep herself entertained while Elliot is away.
Not long after, with Elliot still absent, Gary checks in on Amelia.
Amelia brightens up and begins to subtly flirt with him. It's evident she harbors feelings for him, even if Gary is unaware. When Gary remarks about the room's warmth, she promptly invites him to stay and adjust the thermostat.
Better yet, why doesn't he show her how to do it herself? Gary is eager to impart his knowledge, engaging in friendly conversation with her as he gets to work. Despite his innocent demeanor, Amelia continually misconstrues his actions and words as flirtations. By the time he comprehends this, it's already too late.
As Amelia becomes more blatant with her advances, Gary attempts to resist, but she teases him, insisting that she knows he must harbor some affection for her, too. Why should he repress his most basic urges? Gary continues to try to do what's right, ignoring the escalating tension between them, but once she disrobes in front of him, he's completely under her control.
