Head of the House

Following the unforeseen demise of his parents in a vehicular accident, conflicted university attendee Damian Charles (Brad Knight) inherits the family's manor as stipulated in their last testament. The sole condition is that he provides residence to his step-sister, Miranda Alexander (Lana Rhoades), until she reaches the age of 21. Despite their historically strained relationship, Damian, now having absolute authority over the dwelling, experiences a growing change within himself. Initially, he reluctantly allows her to cohabit with him, but soon finds himself aroused by the sensation of dictating her actions, enforcing increasingly stringent regulations on her 'as long as she resides under his roof!' It commences with household tasks and a curfew but rapidly escalates to sexual demands. Eventually, he brokers an agreement with the mature beyond her years 18-year-old adolescent that she has free rein within the house, on the condition that she submits to his sexual desires.
